If not scheduled at checkout: Once shipped, you will receive a confirmation email. Click the "Schedule Appointment" link to book your date.
Timeline: Deliveries must be scheduled within 30 days of shipping to avoid order cancellation.
Delivery Time Window:
Your 3-hour delivery window will be sent via phone/SMS by 8:00 PM local time the day before delivery.
Deliveries occur between 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM (Mon–Sat).
An adult (18+) must be present to inspect and sign for the delivery.
