Refund policy

I want my customers to be fully satisfied with their purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving the item, provided the product is unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging. Once the return is approved and received, a refund will be processed to the original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is defective or incorrect.
